As Altınyaldız project team, we first determine the optimum space frame modulation, support points and system height in accordance with the architectural and static drawings. After creating the space frame initial drawings, the purlin sections to be used in the design are determined taking into account the type of cladding and the needed purlin distance.

As Altınyaldız, one of the most important points to pay attention to in space systems is the anchorage elements. Anchors ensure that the loads on the roof are correctly transmitted to the columns and balanced.

According to the reactions acting from the space frame, the dimensions of the anchor plates that the supports will rest on, the diameters of the studs and their numbers are calculated. It is important that anchor plate and bolt manufacturing is done in the correct quality and in accordance with the calculations. The anchor elements at the construction site are placed with the help of template plates while the columns are being cast at the elevations and coordinates where the space frame will be supported. The elevations of the plates are adjusted with the help of the adjustment nuts left under the template plates. Level tolerance of anchor plates max. It is ±2mm. In the anchorage plans, we describe all the details and the placement stages of the plates in order to place the plates and studs in the correct dimensions.

When the space frame assembly team goes to the construction site, they first confirm the accuracy of the elevations and axles of the anchor plates and then start the assembly.

In the Assembly Plans, frame types, numbers, number of axes and dimensions of the space system elements resulting from structural calculations are shown in detail.

In order to prepare the space frame roof for cladding, purlin plans are prepared by taking into account requirements such as purlin spacing, roof slope, skylights to be placed on the roof, smoke cover, panel joint sheets. After customer approval, production begins.

Combining purlin and strut elements; It is usually made using bolted or welded connections. The security and durability of these connections are checked by structural calculations.

During the project design phase, we pay attention to the correct design of the connection details, ease of manufacturing, and ensuring that they are safe and economical. It is important that manufacturing work orders are accurate and understandable.
